Description The OBGYN locum tenens opportunity in central Wisconsin…. -Duration: Now open, and on-going (will consider permanent hire) -Schedule: Monday-Friday -Call: Shared 1:2 (additional compensation) -Patients: In clinic 10-15, hospital cover your patients only -Births: 280 in 2016-2017 -Hospital: 25 beds, ICU 3 beds, EPIC emr, Level III trauma (critical access), referral center 60 miles away -Obstetrics Scope: Prenatal assessment, intrapartum care, vaginal delivery, forceps delivery, c-section, multiple births, placental abruptions, breech, repair of lacerations, resuscitating a newborn, low and high risk pregnancy -Gynecology scope: vulvar disease, vaginal disease, cervical and uterine disease, tubal disease, ovarian disease, urogynecological disease -Procedures: appendectomy, incidental bowel injury, lymp node biopsy, ventral wall repair, laparoscopic surgery (required- dilatation and evacuation/preferred- incidental bowel injury, ventral wall repair, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal) -Required: Board certification/Wisconsin License/ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PAL, NRP Skills If you (or someone you know) is interested in a diversified career opportunity, and a way to supplement income feel free to reach out.
