Description The Advance Practice Provider Urgent Care locum tenens near Cadillac, MI…. -Location: On the lake near Cadillac, MI -Duration: July, 2017 and on-going (3-6 months) -Schedule: 40 hours per week (please provide your preferred hours, see below openings) -Clinic Hours for Urgent Care: Monday- Friday 7a-7p, Saturday and Sunday 8a- 3p -Clinic Hours for OCC Med: Monday- Friday, 8a-5p -Patients: 20 patients per day, All ages >Adult 40%, Geriatrics 30%, Pediatrics 30% -Staff: 1 physician, RNs, Medical Assistants, Front Desk -EMR: eClinic Works -Credentialing timelines: 30 days -Required: BC or BE, BLS, Michigan license Skills If you (or someone you know) is interested in a diversified career opportunity, and a way to supplement income feel free to reach out.
