Medical oncology. I am needing 2 – 3 locums for this need since it is ongoing.

• Ideally, I am needing someone with an IN & IL license.
• This is for over 1+ yr coverage with ongoing coverage
• I am needing someone to cover FMLA and PTO at multiple locations, not in one day

 We will also need PTO and FMLA coverage. 

Schedule –

• Weekdays 8am-4:30pm (M-F) and Weekends - 24hr phone coverage
• Weekend call starts on Friday at 6 PM and ends Monday at 6 AM Weekend call
• This is both inpatient and an outpatient need
