Description Duration: Sep 15 – March (3-4 months) Reason for coverage: Maternity leave and provider retiring. Need 1 FTE Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p Shift: 8a-5p Call: Possibly, practice call/ light, 1/7 phone consult, TBS not confirmed if they want locums to do call Patient volume: 16-18 ppd Scope: Bread and Butter PCP, adult only EMR: Allscripts eventually transition to Epic Hospital: Congress practice on main Huntington Health campus, they have 6-7 other clinics, 3IM, 3PED, Subspecialty Group/support: App support, medical assistants, 6 other pcp providers there, all close to retirement age Requirements (boards, license): BC preferred, open BE prefer not new grad * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
