• New FSED Satellite of main ED
• 6 Physicians needed
• Temp/Expedited Privs Aval , normally 90 days
• 6 providers needed between main ED and Satellite ED
• Length of assignment- 8 months, ongoing
• Volume 9800
• 15 beds
• No ICU
• Epic
• Admission Rate - all transfers
• PPH- 1.12 Anticipated
• BC/BE
• 12 hour shifts 7-7, no call, weekends required
• 7 shift/ month minimum

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS
• ATLS (main ED, not satellite)
• BLS
• Board Certified
• AZ license
• PALS
