• Schedule: weekend call coverage, 1 weekend per month
  
• Daily Patient Volume: 12, 2 admits per day
  
• Case Types: Level 1 trauma center, aortic, peripheral, arterial, carotid, thoracic
  
• EMR: eClinical Works (eCW)
  

Required:

• Active VA License
  
• Vascular Fellowship
  
• DEA and CSR
  
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
  
• Current Flu Vaccine
  
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
