- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP/PA)
- New grads will be considered
- Schedule is M-F 8-5p with some shared rotating call (1 week increments)
- See 16 patients per day; all ages
- Willingness to work at 2 site locations is a plus
