Schedule

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays only from 7am-1:00pm
  

Clinical Details

• Up to 6 admits on a good day
  
• 2-8 patients for annual physicals
  
• Midlevel does history and physicals
  

Requirements

• Ideally someone with MAT experience
  
• Locum should have experience with Suboxone and Methadone
  

Support Staff

• MD available via cell phone - not physically present at clinic with midlevel
  
• Administrative, nursing, and clinical support
