Description: Regulatory Affairs Associate
Our client is a global provider of critical care and surgical application products
Job Description:
Position will direct, provide information and support regulatory submission activities necessary to obtain and maintain regulatory approvals outside of the United States. These markets would include Asia, Pacific Region and South/Latin America.
Duties:
- Coordinate foreign licensing and registration. Assemble documentation required to register products in foreign markets.
- Create and update technical files and design dossiers. Stay informed of changes with respect to the Medical Device Directive.
- Stay abreast of evolving and changing regulatory requirements in foreign markets.
- Serve as an information resource and liaison for international sales and marketing.
- Respond to customer and distributor requests for regulatory information, e.g., kit and tray packers.
- Ensure that customer requests are effectively handled in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- BS degree, minimum
- 3 to 5 years working in medical device Regulatory Affairs
- Must have international submission experience.
- Regulatory certifications a plus
- Travel up to 5%
