Work Dates Needed: January 2, 2024 until permanent dentist found
Preferred Schedule: 8 hour day
Worksite Setting: office setting M-F
Scope of Work: Extraction and Dentures only, no general dentistry, implants are not required, 15-30 PPD
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: DEA, State License
Covid not required
EMR: Dentrix
