Description
Locum opportunity for either a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient primary care services full-time with a primary care medical group located in St Louis, MO 63110.
The clinic schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. No weekends or on-call requirements.
The tentative start date is November 16, 2023. The estimated credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days.
Job Details:
• Average number of patients per day: 15-20 patients
• EMR System: EPIC
• APP will not be working autonomously.
• Collaborating Physician will be on-site.
• Procedures: EKG
• Patient Demographic: mostly adult and geriatric patients, with small percentage of pediatric patients
• Must have a minimum of 1 full year of recent experience working in a primary care setting (2 years are preferred).
• Malpractice coverage is provided to the healthcare provider.
Qualification requirements are:
• Must possess board certification.
• Must possess an active Missouri license.
• Must have the COVID vaccination.
• Must have a minimum of 1 full year of recent experience working in a primary care setting (2 years are preferred).
• No malpractice or background issues.
• Local candidates preferred.
