Description
The Interventional Cardiology locum tenens opportunity in Louisiana…
-Location: Lake Charles, LA
-Duration: March – December (potential for extension)
-Schedule: 4-5 shifts per month, blocked, per diem
-Shift: 7a-7a
-Call: 24 hour taken from hotel
-Patients: 10-15 ppd if rounding, call volumes vary depending on the day
-Scope: options are below
>Option 1: Hotel call only for interventions/STEMI calls
>Option 2: Hotel call for interventions/STEMI calls + IP rounding
-EMR: Meditech
-Group: Nurse practitioner support
-Hospital: 80 bed community hospital, no trauma designation, 3 Cath Labs
-Requirements: Board certified with a Louisiana or compact license
