Location: Astoria, OR

Duration: 7/2/2024, 3+ months

Reason for coverage:  Physician retiring

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm, with Wednesdays off

Call: None

Patient volume: 20 patients/day, 20 & 40-minute slots

Scope: outpatient family medicine, primarily aged 65+,
but will need to be able to see all ages.

EMR: Cerner

Group/support: Full Clinic Staff

Required: OR license, OR DEA, Family Medicine board certified, or eligible (OR license & DEA by start date)

***Open to unlicensed candidates due to July start dates. We will assist with your Oregon Licensure application.
