Location: San Bernardino, CA
Duration: ASAP and ongoing
Reason for coverage:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Shift: 8a-5p
Call: no call for locums, call is taken by perm physicians
Patient volume: 5-10 patients per day
Scope: all geriatric – must have experience working with seniors/frail elderly – dementia, comorbidities, chronic disease
EMR: Epic
Group/support: NP’s on site
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified or board eligible is preferred, BLS required, covid vaccine
