• Clinical program development of a shared home hospice and inpatient program
• Join a committed leadership team to educate the multidisciplinary team throughout the organization and promote hospice benefits to the community
• Practice includes clinical and administrative leadership of the Hospice program
• Home hospice, residential hospice, cottages, and a 20-bed adult/ped inpatient hospice house
• Disease management and pain and symptom management of all levels of hospice patient care
• Experience in care of terminally ill patients and program development desired
• Willing to lead and grow practice with an emphasis on high reliability and team based care
• Flexible work schedule, plus call coverage

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Compensation floor of $250,000 for the first four years of employment contract
--$100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (subject to contractual agreement).
Additional physician benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, ATA, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and relocation allowance. Visa sponsorship available.
