Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Five (5) years of related experience in local government, or legal office
• Valid Florida Class E Driver's license
• Ability to work independently under minimal
supervision.
• Florida Notary Public would be an asset

Responsibilities:
• Support Administrative Functions: Assist with agenda development, document formatting, and election qualifying.
• Handle Correspondence: Respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
• Attend Meetings/Workshops: Provide administrative support during meetings and workshops, including note-taking.
• Transcribe Minutes: Accurately transcribe minutes from meetings and workshops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
• Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods.
• Exerts up to twenty-five (25) pounds of force on a regular basis.
• Operates office equipment requiring moderate dexterity.
• Requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing, and speaking abilities.
