Description
Location: La Grande, OR
Duration: June – September with the option to extend
Reason for coverage: provider leaving
Schedule: 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Shift: 7a-5p
Call: 1:5 if needed. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.
Patient volume: Variable, average 8-10 cases per day which includes Endo & cataracts. Anesthesia runs 3-4 rooms per day.
Scope: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, PICC line (not required), ultrasound guided procedures
Types of cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: Critical Access Hospital 3OR’s + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
Group/support: 1 MD, 3 CRNA
Requirements (boards, license): Oregon CRNA, Board Certification, DEA preferred. Must be COVID vaccinated or provide proof of exemption
