We are seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our practice north of Panama City, FL. Our primary care clinicians have been recognized by the National Committee of Quality Assurance as a Patient Centered Medical Home.

• Type of practice: Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility.
• Type of employment: First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
• Number of physicians: Family Practice: 6 doctors, 7 Allied Health Professionals (PA or ARNP); Total in clinic: 44 doctors, 30 extenders (PA or ARNP)
• Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
• Call: Rotating call schedule between all family practice doctors
• Average number of patients per day: 25-30
