Description
Medical Group is looking for full time BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join two primary care practices just east of Birmingham, AL in a growing lakeside community: located near Lake Logan Martin.
Position #1 Highlights:
- Average age of MDs in group – 40s
- 3 Physicians: 2 FM & I IM
- Employment agreement: 3 - 4 years
- Brand new office
- Expect to see 28 – 30 patients per day
- EMR is MedConnect
- In-office lab
- Outpatient only
- Start 8 a.m. – 5 or 5:30
- Call 1:4
- 5-day work week, no hospital and no weekends
Position #2 Highlights:
- Clinic expansion due to growth
- Excellent urgent care feeds primary care
- Expected to see 25 – 30 patients per day
- Lab in office
- Imaging: MRI, US, Dexa, CT
- Procedures: allow MD to take on what they want to do
- 45% Blue Cross from nearby Honda plant and school system
- 35% Medicare
- < 5% Medicaid
