Our facility seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice. Physician will join one family medicine physician and three advanced practice providers.

• Flexible Full Time Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Shared call amongst group: Call starts Friday – Monday, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Rotating Holiday Call
• Average outpatient volume: 20 – 24 patients per day
• Each physician has dedicated medical assistant
• Telehealth visits are being offered
• Lab and x-ray on site
• Collegial team
