Description
The opportunity exists for a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Practice physician with a passion for clinical medicine.
- Work with underserved population of Maricopa County (metro Phoenix AZ)
- 11 outpatient clinics distributed across Maricopa County
- All clinics are designated as FQHC’s
- Eligible for NHSC/AZ State Loan Repayment Program with a score of 21
- 4/10 hr or 5/8 hr shifts available
- EMR EPIC
- Approximately 20 -25 patients a day dependent on shift length
- No OB/ No inpatient work
- 1 night monthly of telephone call
- W-2 position
- Practice Commencement Bonus available

Qualifications:
