Health System is looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a multi-disciplinary, Patient Centered Medical Home model that integrates family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, nurse midwifery, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, podiatry and optometry. The medical staff includes 3 family medicine physicians, an internist, pediatrician, an ob/gyn, general surgeon, orthopedic surgeon, 2 podiatrists, an optometrist, 2 certified midwives, 4 physician assistants and a family nurse practitioner. *15-17 patients per day
*Brand new clinic connected to a brand-new Tomah Memorial Hospital
*1:6 call
*Flexible schedule with the option of a 4-day work week
*1:1 MA:MD/DO and 1.5:3; RN:MD/DO
