Patient-Centered Medical Home is seeking a full or part-time Primary Care / Family Medicine Physician to join its team of providers at its location about 40 minutes northeast of Montpelier. The family practice is part of a Rural Health Center that schedules patients Monday – Friday. There are no patients under the age of 6, with patients between the ages of 6-18 representing <1% of total population. You will join a team of 5 MDs, 1 DO, and 2 NPs. Call schedule is very light: rotating telephone calls 1-2 times per month. Typical volume is 18-20 patients per day. Full time can be up to 4 days per week.
