RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct daily physician rounds.
Administer medical treatments.
Oversee laboratory tests and results.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred, but will consider Family Practice as well.
Valid Illinois State Physician License and Federal DEA registration.
Enrollment as a provider in Illinois State Medicaid and Medicare.

HOURS: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.
No afterhours calls required.
Weekend rounds every alternating Saturday.
On weekends requiring rounds, the physician will skip one weekday (Monday) shift.
Flexible scheduling arrangements to accommodate patient needs and team coverage.
