This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with no call and no weekends required, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Position Overview

Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Near Sugar City, CO

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Shift Type: Hospital Based

Average Surgical Cases Per Day: 25

Case Distribution: 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic

Fellowship Training: Not required for cardiac or pediatric cases

Satellite Locations: Across the street from the main hospital

Group Composition: 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs

Operating Rooms: 10

OR Equipment Description: GE Carestation 650s

EMR: EPIC

FTE: 1.5 - 1 Full time and 1 every other week, 40 hours

Required Procedures

General Anesthesia (Adult)

Preferred Procedures

Spinal Anesthesia

Neurosurgical cases (spine)

Complex vascular cases (except open heart)

Complex orthopedic cases

Credentialing Timeframe

60-90 days

Certification and License Requirements

NBCRNA Certified: Required

Active CO License: Required or IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION)

Active BLS: Required

Epic Experience: Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC

Clean Malpractice/Background: Required

COVID Vaccinated: Required
