Locum Tenens Opportunity for CRNA near Orland, IN

Type of Locum Provider Needed:

• CRNA

Dates Needed:

• ASAP, ongoing

Reason for Need:

• Looking for PERM CRNA

Hours:

• 7a-3p / Call hours: 7p-7a

Schedule:

• No Rotation

Call Scheduled:

• Currently no call till August- OB call. 3 weekdays of call per week and every 4th weekend

Call Response Time:

• 20 mins

Supervision:

• All CRNA practice

Type of Cases Required:

• General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry- (every other week)


• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient

Credentialing Timeframe:

• 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs Required:

• Yes- proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Number of Providers During the Day:

• 3

Number of OR’s:

• 2

Number of Endo Room:

EMR System:

• Epic

Vaccination Required?:

• Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

Other Specifics - Licensure Requirements:

• ACLS, BLS, PALS
