New Job Details –
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: ASAP- Ongoing
Schedule: Prefers full-time (will consider 4 days per week)
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p or 4, 10-hour shifts per week
Call: None
Patient volume: 18- 20 ppd once ramped up
Scope: Outpatient primary care
- If IM trained ages 18-100
- If FP trained MUST be able to see ages 0-100
EMR: Epic (experience required)
Group/support: Full sub specialty support
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have PCP experience within 12 months, Epic experience, FIVE references (within any medical professional, post interview prior to offer)
