* M- F 8a-5p NO Call- THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE- PERM POSITION
* $300K BASE, PLUS BONUS and FULL BENEFITS

ACTIVE IL License- BC /BE
2- 10 YRS Exp PM&R
Exp with Joint Injection a plus
