Solutions Treatment Center is hiring a full time Clinical Director to oversee our intensive outpatient programs in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are a trauma informed treatment center and work with clients with both primary mental health and or substance abuse diagnosis. We are small and family owned and committed to the highest quality of care for our clients. We are looking for a great team leader to join our program. The Clinical Director will be responsible for:
Day to day operations of the clinical department
Program development
Clinical supervision
Leading clinical staffing meetings
Direct clinical services
Oversee clinical documentation
Internal staff trainings
Skills
Minimum requirements:
Independent licensure
Supervisory experience
Expertise in clinical documentation
Strong clinical skills in group and individual therapy
Team building skills
Commitment to individualized care
