Master’s level degree (e.g., M.P.C., M.S.W., M.S., M.A., M.Ed.) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or comparable program required.

Licensure/Certification/Registry:

Current professional license (i.e. LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, etc.) required. LSW and LPC must obtain LCSW or LCPC status within two years of employment.

Experience:

One (1) year experience working with medical patients in a medical or addictions setting preferred.
