An adult dayhab in Little Field, NJ is looking for a compassionate and hardworking Speech Language Pathologist to serve its individuals. This is a position working with the developmentally disabled population in a supportive environment 15 hours per week to start with potential for full time hours. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with an organization where you can work alongside other clinicians and build rapport and relationships with your patients. We will consider newer graduates for this position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with this population, has previous experience working with adults and can start immediately. We offer competitive compensation, continuing education and mentorship.

Job Responsibilities:
-  Evaluating patient's medical history
-  Formulating patient's goals and developing a treatment plan
-  Establishing a daily routine and timeline
-  Assist patients in regaining or retaining their highest functional level
-  Maintain quality standards of patient care by directing and supervising ancillary SLP staff
-  Assessing patient's progress and keeping detailed progress notes

Requirements:
* Current NJ Speech Language Pathology license required
* Experience with adults preferred
* Experience with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred
* Open to new grads
