Start date is 7/2024 ongoing!

• # of POS run daily 6.8


• 4 OR's, 1 OB, 2 Endo


• community hospital


• 4 MDs 8 CRNAs


• Care team model, medically directed but operates more like med supervision


• Types of cases: OB 120-130 deliveries/month, light Peds (ENT), Ortho, Opthalmology, general bread and butter, endo


• call  rotation for weeknight and weekends 


• rotate between two facilities on weekly basis.  


• 7a - 3 p Mon-Fri


• credentialing takes 60 - 90 days


• EMR - Epic 


• 500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.


• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
