Description
Nocturnist sought to join a large established program at a 150-bed hospital. Shift is 9pm-7am, no ICU responsibility. Work 12 shifts in 28 days. Closed ICU is staffed by Intensivists. Salary will be based on number of annual shifts worked; $240,000 for 144 shifts. Substantial benefit package will include Malpractice, health, dental, vision and disability insurances, defined contribution retirement account, college savings account, tax deferred earnings program, CME and relocation. Two weeks of paid time off also offered. Sign-on bonus and loan repayment available.
