- Beeper call from home is 1 weekend per month and 10 weekday night calls per month
- Education/technology allowance (cell phone, iPad, laptop, OR shoes, and stethoscope)
- $5k CME/dues allowance; all licenses and dues paid
- Signing bonus of $50k with a 2-year commitment
- 6 ORs, including an endo suite and a cath lab
- Bread and butter cases; no OB, thoracic/open heart, or major vascular cases
