Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 or Tuesday-Friday, 8-6

Patient volume: 18 - 20 patients per day

Group Support: 1 MD, 2 NP’s
Requirements (boards, license): Must be board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
