Job Description:
EDUCATION: Bachelors or Masters of Science degree from an accredited school of nursing is required upon hire.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum of two years of leadership experience required. Minimum of 5 years of related experience is required (2 years in ICU required) Work experience which demonstrates progressive leadership responsibility LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Current Registered Nurse licensure for the state of Oregon Current BLS (Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association) certification required at date of hire. Current ACLS certification required upon hire.
