Position:
–  1 part time Hygienist
–  3 part time DA’s and 2 full time DA’s
–  6 Chairs
–  $5k-$7k/daily production

Compensation
–  Up to $1,000/daily or 32%, up to $100k sign on for two year commitment
–  Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
–  401k
–  Up to $75k Sign-On, Relocation available
–  Student loan reimbursement ($1000/monthly for full time or $500/monthly for part time)
–  CE allowance or offering per organization: $1000/annual
–  State associations reimbursed
–  Lab fees covered
–  Mal-practice coverage provided (Claims made)

–  Located 1 hour from Indianapolis, IN
–  Often referred to as the “Crossroads of America” due to its location at the intersection of major highways and railroads, making it a significant transportation hub
–  Home to Indiana State University, Terre Haute has a strong presence in education. The university was founded in 1865 and contributes to the city’s cultural and intellectual life.
–  The cost of housing in Terre Haute is often lower than the national average
–  Relatively close to several state parks, providing opportunities for hiking, camping, and outdoor adventures. Turkey Run State Park and Shades State Park are popular choices.
