Location: Port Townsend, WA
Duration: Full-time, permanent
Reason for coverage: Expanding services
Schedule: Clinic is open M-F, 8-5
Shift (Clinic/Admin/Surgery Time breakout): 4, 10-hour days (8 hrs. clinic/surgery, 2 hrs. administrative)
Panel share details: General Dermatology, providers have panels, APPs provide support
Scope (types of services): General Dermatology (Mohs trained preferred, not required)
Inpatient specifics: none
# of patient rooms: varies
Office setup: Shared provider suite
Call: not at this time
Patient volume: 14-20/day
Clinic Staffing Model: 1 MA/MD; RN triage support, Histo-tech
Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible with WA or Compact license
Skills
Experience Desired: prefer at least 2yrs Gen Derm procedures
