Job Description:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to fulfil a key role as our Nursing Services Manager. In this position you will represent May-Dann as the agency’s Director of Nursing. The successful candidate will have experience working in a home care or home healthcare setting.
As our Nursing Services Manager, you will serve as a direct report to the President and CEO of May-Dann where you will be responsible for all compliance associated with licensure of the agency, which includes but is not limited to; preparing client charts for admissions; direct oversight and supervision of clinical and administrative team; managing and directing our Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement (QA/QI) program; and participating in state audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews as necessary.

Skills

?  RN License for the state of Virginia required; preference will be given to credentials in other states.
?  2 - 3 years of related experience
?  Experience in working with technology enabled healthcare a plus.
?  Must have well developed nursing skills, accurate documentation, and effective communication skills.
?  Astute knowledge of working of nursing care in the home healthcare industry
