CHCB- Niagara Falls
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, ranging from $140-$162k.
-Sign-on bonus determined based on experience up to $5,000

-80% of monthly medical premium costs covered for single plans, 75% covered for individual plans
-CHCB covers 80% of the Deductible costs for a single plan and 75% of the deductible costs for a family plan through a Benefit Debit Card.
Dental:
-Preventive dental services covered 100%, basic dental services covered 80% and major dental services covered at 50%.
Vision:
Yearly eye exam $10 deductible, lenses covered in full, $150 frame allowance. Frames or lenses subject to $25
deductible. Contact lenses reimbursed $150 if elective, if medically necessary, covered in full.

DETAILS:
-You will provide care to a diverse patient panel WITH SUPPORT
-6 dentists currently on staff across 3 sites, with provided support through dental assistants and hygienists on site, with additional coaching provided by our dental director as needed
