$10K - $12K Sign-On Bonus, Relocation up to $5K, COVID-19 Extra Shift Bonus, COVID-19 Surge Bonus $10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience. $12K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience). Distributed in 3 payments:1st payment - 20% of the amount approved for a specific job; first paycheck 2nd payment - 40% of the amount approved for a specific job; first pay period of the month following employee’s one-year anniversary in the role. 3rd payment - 40% of the amount approved for a specific job; First pay period of the month following employee’s two-year anniversary in the role. PAY Our RN salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000. There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV. These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience. We'd be delighted to receive a candidate and complete a phone interview with them to go over their projected salary as well as added sign-on bonus, COVID-19 shift bonus, night shift differential, and TMC geographic differential. COVID-19 Extra Shift Bonus For our ICUs - Registered Nurses (including LVNs) and Respiratory Therapists: Working shifts of 8 hours or greater: starts at $180 per shift for the 7th, and goes to $480 per shift for the 10th shift within a pay period. COVID-19 Surge Bonus This bonus is designed to reward employees who are working in some of Memorial Hermann’s most crucial bedside roles. ICU, Med Surg, and Pediatric RNs are eligible. The COVID-19 Surge Bonus will be paid based on the number of Eligible Hours worked within the specified six-week time period. The total eligible hours within a 6 week period is 60-360+ hours with varying bonus ranges between. Details can be discussed further with the interviewing Recruiter! Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions. If you would like to submit a candidate that does have board actions, the candidate must disclose this with the Recruiter during the Recruiter phone interview. Must have BSN or also will accept ADN if: *Minimum 2 years ADN experience in an acute care setting and *Can complete BSN within 3 years of employment Must have at least 1 year, to date, of recent acute care experience and BLS certification from American Heart Association Must have an updated resume - job history dates and units worked in must be accurate Must have a proven track record of consistent work history. Not job-hopping. If there is job-hopping, we simply an need explanation as to why they left (relocation, promotion/growth, etc). Nice-To-Haves Must be honest about unit, shift, and location they are interested in working - if someone is unhappy with nights but they take it because "it's a job" this commonly shows up in a hiring leader interview and we receive feedback to not move forward with an offer. 1.5 years of experience in this type of unit For Med Surg Oncology: Chemo Administration experience and/or Oncology Certification strongly preferred For TIRR @ TMC: Med/Surg Certification, NIHSS, PALS Job Description Multiple Units Available, please see below unit descriptions One of only two certified Level I Trauma Centers in the Greater Houston area!
