Overview
Under the direction of the Lifelong Health Director of Nursing, the RN Unit Manager is responsible for the integration of the nursing process to include coordination/management of patient care; organizing, planning, directing, and evaluating of services provided with a core focus on facility and associated departments. Provides leadership, direction, and mentorship/support to the staffing needs for the lifelong health specialty area. As a clinical expert, ensures the provision of clinically competent services by validating staff competency in the provision of a comprehensive range of services/care in accordance with standards of excellence, age-specific and care distance standards established by Riverside Health System and Riverside Lifelong Health goals and strategic plans. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus.

Bachelors Degree, (Preferred)

Experience
Recent relevant experience (Required)
Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications
Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (Required)
