Eva Carlston Academy is looking to hire a full-time therapist to join our team. Eva Carlston is a specialized residential treatment program for adolescent girls who struggle with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. Eva Carlston complements intensive, sophisticated psychotherapy with a robust program of art therapy, accredited academics, life-skills instruction, and therapeutic recreation. Students live in a residential setting that is family style while engaging in off campus community activities daily such as exercise, volunteering, cultural events and outdoor activities. All elements of our program are oriented toward helping girls discover and develop a voice for themselves and passion for life.

Our team is composed of seasoned, licensed therapists who serve as role models and mentors as the girls in the program address issues such as devastating trauma, clinical depression, loss and anxiety. Our holistic treatment approach is gender-specific, using the best, research-validated approaches for supporting women’s mental health. To support and accelerate this work, we incorporate therapeutic elements into every aspect of our student’s lives.

Eva Carlston Academy is privately owned and operated and offers a benefit package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, annual leave, 401k with match and ongoing educational funds. Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
