CWG therapists are provided with the autonomy of flexible schedules and to select their preferred client base, including age range, modality, and specialty. CWG assists therapists with scheduling, marketing, insurance credentialing/paneling, and billing. Clinicians are supported in their own wellness and clinical excellence through consistent connection with a team of diversely talented therapists and scheduled collaboration with colleagues and clinical leads who are also available when concerns and challenges arise. Clinicians who wish to be employed on a full-time, salaried basis with benefit options are eligible for promotion at or before their 90-day review. For interested clinicians, CWG also provides ample opportunity for internal promotion and supports both personal and professional growth through involvement in leadership and committee roles and a rapidly expanding career ladder. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our clinicians are working remotely for the foreseeable future.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field.

License: Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP) per state of practice guidelines.

Experience: Experience working in private practice with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience. Experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP) preferred.

Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.). Employees will also maintain adequate professional liability insurance.
