College Track Oakland is seeking a full time, clinically licensed, Mental Health and Wellness Director to support students with their social emotional wellbeing. We are searching for a committed and creative leader who steadfastly believes that all students are born with the potential to graduate from college. The Mental Health and Wellness Director plays an integral role in identifying key resources and helping students to develop the positive mindsets that will enable them to thrive.

A successful Mental Health and Wellness Director exercises impeccable judgment and is detail-oriented and systems-minded. They build strong and enduring relationships with students, families, and staff and successfully recruit, coach, train and manage a team of graduate mental health interns. They are confident managing crisis situations and constantly reflective on ways to improve their practice.
