• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington or eligible to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.

• Eight (8) or more years of professional clinical experience in the health care industry, to include but not limited to the following settings: hospital, ambulatory surgical care, or community based-such as home care, home health, hospice or hospice care centers or public health settings.

• Two (2) or more of these years must be in a leadership role such as nurse manager, lead, supervisor or equivalent position.

• Experience communicating effectively with others, verbally and in writing, including the use of email systems and the development of complex, clinical or technical documents.
