A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Washington OR eligible to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.

Eight (8) years of professional clinical experience in the health care industry, to include but not limited to the following settings: hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, ambulatory surgical facilities, end stage renal dialysis facilities, or public health settings.

Two (2) years of professional clinical experience in a nursing leadership role such as nurse manager, lead, supervisor or equivalent position.
