Details
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule:2-4 days per week (min. 2 onsite and 1 remote)
Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm
Scope: General Medical Oncology and Hematology follow-ups/new patients
Volume: 8-14 PPD
EMR: Epic
Group: Full subspecialty support, multiple providers
Require: BC, CA License, Epic EMR experience, Clean NPDB
Credentialing; 30 days
1099 Independent Contract
A+ Malpractice Coverage
Travel/housing provided
