- This role is for OR only
- Provider malpractice insurance is covered
- Case types include general, GI, ortho, podiatry, GYN, and OB
- Anesthesia team will be composed of 6 anesthesiologists and 3 CRNAs
- OR coverage daily with OR call every other night when working (no OB call)
- 1099 position with 35 weeks off
- Located in a suburb of Dallas, Texas
