- Work Dates Needed: May 30th-June 7th
- Preferred Schedule: Mon 8a-5p, Tues 8a-7p, Weds, 8a-5p, Thurs 10a-7p, Fri 9a-2p
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope of Work: General dentistry, crowns, bridges, moldings: 3 DAs and 1 hygienist
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS, DEA, MI license: Medicaid/Medicare enrolled is preferred
- EMR: Eaglesoft
